Delivery Timeline:

Estimated Delivery Time: While the delivery time varies based on your location, we generally estimate a window of 2-5 days for most areas. For metropolitan and Tier 1 cities, delivery is expected within 3-4 working days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, along with rural areas, the timeline extends to 5-7 working days.
 

Shipping Charges:

Pan India: We take pride in offering free shipping across India.
Refunds for Cancellations and Lost Parcels: The entire order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, or if the parcel is lost or not delivered to your specified location.
Damaged Parcels: If you receive a parcel that is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it. Contact our customer care at skvsilkskpm@gmail.com with your order number. We will endeavor to ensure a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
