OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SKVS, we are dedicated to ensuring unparalleled customer contentment regarding our offered products, security measures, and customer support. Should our offerings not meet your expectations, we extend the option to initiate a return process.

Kindly Note: For international orders, we are presently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges, except in instances where a defective item has been dispatched. In the case of a defective product, we require you to return it in its original, unused condition, accompanied by its initial packaging and invoice for a refund. It is imperative to notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the product. To report a defect, kindly email us at support@skvs.com. 7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders

Should the unlikely circumstance arise wherein the delivered order is damaged or unsatisfactory, you possess the option to return the item, unutilized and in its original condition, including its packaging and invoice, to receive a refund. Our partnered courier service will collect the item from the provided address and ensure its return to us.

Note: Returns via alternate logistics partners will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges for Domestic Orders

For domestic orders within our nation's borders, our associated courier service will manage the collection of the returned item, ensuring a hassle-free process for you without any shipping charges.

Initiating the Refund Process

To initiate the refund process, kindly email us at support@skvs.com within 7 days of product receipt.
Await a confirmation email from SKVS prior to returning the product.
The product must be returned in its original, unaltered, and unused state, securely packed. The courier service will only accept sealed packages.
Include the invoice or guarantee card within the package. Regrettably, returns lacking these documents cannot be processed.
Important Note: Requests for returns beyond 7 days from product receipt will not be entertained.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt of the returned item in its unused, original condition, inclusive of tags and invoice, we will commence the refund process. The refund will be executed through the same mode of payment used for the transaction. Please allow 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product at our SKVS warehouse for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Domestic Order Refunds

For products dispatched within the country, a full refund will be provided. In the case of online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days after the product's return to our warehouse.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where payment is made upon receipt of the product, refunds will be initiated through online transfer using NEFT. Please note this process may take 7-15 working days, following the receipt of the returned product and a cancelled cheque for verification.

International Orders Refund

For international orders, our refund policy is constrained to specific circumstances, contingent upon our discretion:

We will accept returns solely for defective products. A refund will be granted following inspection and quality assurance validation.
Refunds may be initiated if our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product due to customer unavailability. Deductions will be made for incurred expenses, such as shipping and customs fees.

a) Our creations are crafted with affection; please ensure they receive tender care. Opt for dry cleaning to maintain their splendor.

Exchange Policy

We regret to convey that product exchanges for items procured from our website are not feasible. However, you do retain the option to return the product as described earlier.
